Frequently asked questions
What if there is unexpected weather?
I prefer to shoot a couple hours before sunset with sunny-cloudy skies! If the weather is unexpectedly rainy, snowy, etc. we can reschedule the shoot for another day.
Can my dog have a leash on in photos?
Of course! If your dog does not have a good recall I prefer them to be leashed. I will bring a 15 foot lead so your dog can roam around but still be leashed.
What if my dog is hyper, untrained, nervous, etc?"
That is perfectly fine! I will work with you and your dog to get as many adorable photos as I can :)
Do you photograph any other pets besides dogs?
Yes!! I will photograph any pet. Besides insects/spiders, sorry haha! I also would love to photograph your (out of box) Funkos!
Can I or my family be in the pictures?
Absolutely! I do not shoot posed family portraits but would love to take candid pictures of you/your family and your dog.
How do I choose the location? Will you give me suggestions?
The best locations are quiet places with minimal distractions. Your backyard, spots around your daily walks, your favorite hiking trail, parks, etc! I always have suggestions I can recommend.
What types of payment do you accept?
I accept Paypal, Zelle, cash, and credit/debit cards.
How long before the images are edited and ready?
Your images will be ready no later than 1-2 weeks after your session date.
Can I bring a partner/friend/my kids to the shoot?
Unless the people you are bringing will help wrangle the dogs or be in pictures, it would be best if they stayed at home. The less distractions your pet has the better the shoot will go :)
